The company has been a Skills and Workforce Development Agency (SWDA) Approved Training Organisation since 2014 and was formally accredited as a CET Centre in 2023, reflecting sustained compliance with national standards for training quality, governance, and learner outcomes. It serves career transitioners, mid-career professionals, and corporate clients across Singapore.

The organisation delivers accredited training across Generative AI, Digital Marketing, IT Infrastructure and Operations, workplace productivity applications, and leadership and professional skills. Its portfolio spans short modular courses through to full qualification and SkillsFuture Career Transition Programme pathways, providing structured progression routes for both deep skills mastery and mid-career transition. Its Generative AI programmes are designed around specific job roles rather than generic AI awareness, equipping learners to apply AI directly within their functions — from marketing and sales to operations, administration, and people management — with content reviewed on a continuing basis against prevailing employer demand.

@ASK Training further partners with globally recognised certification bodies CompTIA and ITIL 4, enabling learners to attain internationally benchmarked credentials in IT infrastructure, operations, and service management. 2010

@ASK Training launches with 2 founders, opening our initial training facility at Mountbatten Square with 3 classrooms.

2012

Growth continues with a new facility at The JTC Summit, featuring 4 additional classrooms.

2014

Achieved accreditation as an Approved Training Organisation (ATO), now offering WSQ courses in the ICT framework, backed by increased government grants.

2016

Embracing the nationwide SkillsFuture Credit initiative, we established an outbound sales team to promote learning across Singapore.

2018

Stepping into the digital age, we introduced 6 WSQ Digital Marketing Courses.

2023

Recognized as a CETC training provider under the ICT framework, we expanded our offerings to include 6 comprehensive qualification courses in Digital Marketing and IT Infrastructure & Operations.
